Description
For sale is a complete engine removed from a Yamaha Diversion 600 (4BR model series). Please note that we have not heard this engine running, and it is being sold strictly as an untested unit for spares or repair.
Upon inspection, the engine turns over well with the use of a spanner (no starter motor is currently fitted). The gears select correctly and there appears to be good compression. The engine number is clean and intact (4BR-269816), and the exhaust mounts are in good condition with clean threads.
This unit is an excellent source of high-value internal spares, a great candidate for a rebuild project, or potentially a runner once fully serviced and fitted with ancillaries. Externally, there are typical signs of age and road use, including flaking paint, surface marks, and some light surface corrosion, none of which impact the structural integrity or mechanical operation of the block. Please inspect the photos closely as they represent the exact item you will receive.
